<p>A nail strip (35) for use in a powered fastener driving tool with each nail (10) having a cylindrical shank (12) and a head (14) having a generally circular shape which is truncated by a straight edge which forms a chord (26) to the circular shape. The cylindrical shank (12) of the nail is positioned as a tangent to the straight edge of the head (14), and the surface area (20) of the head contains between 85 and 95 percent of the total area contained in a complete circular head of the same size.</p> |
