PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet pad which possesses the superior close adhesiveness between two layers and the finishing performance of a local part by directly molding a fiber molded layer having different hardness at the prescribed local part, in the shaping part of a shaping mold for sheet and forming a cushion layer by pouring the foaming resin. CONSTITUTION:One side of a fiber layer 4 is coated with an impregnation liquid 6 for changing hardness such as reactive resin or latex by a spray gun 5. The fiber layer 4 is applied onto a prescribed projection part 8A of the shaping part 8 of a lower mold 7 for sheet which forms a sheet pad 1 so that the coated surface applied with the impregnation liquid 6 forms the projection part 8A side. Then, a local shaping mold 9 is press-attached onto the fiber layer 4, and the fiber layer 4 is formed into the shape conforming to the projection part 8A, and the impregnation liquid 6 is reaction-hardened, and then the local shaping mold 9 is demounted, and a fiber molded layer 4A is left on the projection part 8A. The foaming resin 10 for obtaining a cushion layer 2 of soft polyurethane is allowed to flow into the shaping part 8, and the shaping part 8 is closed by an upper mold 11 for sheet, and after the inside of the shaping part 8 is filled with the foaming resin 10, are hardening reaction is performed, the upper and lower molds 11 and 7 are removed. Therefore, the superior finishing appearance can be obtained. |
