PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration gyro of which processes and working jigs are reduced, mass prodution adaptability is good, and manufacturing is easy, by using piezoelectric vibrators which are made of materials of various propagating speed and actually formed into the same shape. SOLUTION: Two or three piezoelectric vibrators of which resonant frequncies are different from each other, are arranged so as to be squarely crossed with each other. (different over the upper limit frequency of a frequncy range for detection required for a system using a piezoelectric vibration gyro) It is used for a system in which biaxial or triaxial detection is possible. This piezoelectric vibration gyro using piezo vibrator which are made of materials of various propagating speed of transverse wave and actually formed into the same shape, is provided, so that these two or three piezoelectric vibrators have resonant frequencies different over the upper limit frequecy of a frequency range for detection required for the system. |
