PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a distance that an information communication equipment can communicate with an IC card. SOLUTION: The communication mechanism X is constituted of the combination of the information communication equipment 1 which is fixedly arranged on an object and has an IC card control part 4 and the IC card 3 of a moving object-side receiving a radio wave 8 emitted from the information communication equipment 1 and emitting a response radio wave 9. The IC card 3 uses the radio wave 8 received by an antenna 7 for an energy source and generates power in a reception part 11 and reinforces the return signal of a transmission part 14 which is electrically connected with a data control circuit 13 based on excess power accumulated in a return signal reinforcing power source means 12 which is electrically connected with the reception part 11. |
