PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote access controller whose manufacture is easy and whose cost can be reduced by constituting a remote access control part provided with a function for accessing the storage means of a reception destination card based on an address that the reception destination card recognizes. SOLUTION: The remote control parts 27 and 28 provided with functions for recognizing the starting of a program in the memory 20 of the transmission destination card 29 or the instruction of the microprocessor 16 of the origination destination card 29 recognizing the instruction from a transmission line 43 and recognizing the address on the access of storage means 21 and 23 at the time of accessing without using the microprocessor 17 of the reception destination card 30 and a function for accessing the storage means 21 and 23 of the reception destination card 30 are constituted of hardware. |
