<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable assembling easily in a short time and lowering cost by making an expensive cabinet unnecessary. SOLUTION: Electrods 19-1 and 19-2 are provided at opposing locations to sandwich an electro-optic element 15. In this case, the electrode 19-2 serves as a substrate and the electro-optic element 15, a polarizer 13, wavelength plate 14, an analyzer 16 and optical lenses 12 and 17 are provided on this substrate. A photosensor comprising body formed of these electro-optic element 15, electrodes 19-1, 19-2, polarizer 13, wavelength plate 14, analyzer 16 and optical lenses 12 and 17 are coated with a UV-curing resin and covered with a heat-shrinkable tube 20 which is heat shrunk. At this time, the heat-shrinkable tube 20 is filled with an insulating gas.</p> |
