<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane switch which can improve insulation when not pressed and concutivity when pressed and also obtain always a constant on-load with a smooth press feeling. SOLUTION: On the surface of a lower part electrode insulating resin sheet 7, a pair of lower part electrode lead wires are pattern printed parallelly separated in a first direction and this lead wire is interposed, on the lower part electrode insulating resin sheet 7, a lower part electrode resistance carbon film 8 is printed, so as to form a lower part electrode sheet 3. On the other hand, in also an upper part electrode insulating resin sheet 4 a pair of upper part electrode lead wires are pattern printed on its surface, parallelly separated in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, further, this lead wire is interposed, an upper part electrode resistance carbon film 5 is printed, so as to form an upper part electrode sheet 2. Between the upper/lower part electrode resistance carbon films 8, 5, an anisotropic conductive rubber sheet 1 is arranged, to be mutually bonded.</p> |
