The shoe sole is made by mixing cork and aromatic tree - the ratio between these two materials is 3:1-5:1 - with a binder whose composition is 50% of butylacrylate, 40% of vinylacetate, 5% of acryl and 5% of rosin derivative as supplementary material. Bioceramic gauze or non-skid gauze is put into one side of the mixture, which is then pressed with keeping the temperature at 70-120 deg C for about 3 minutes. Consequently, the shoe sole of sole shape is formed, the manufactured cork sole gives good feeling in wearing and improves inner ventilation, aromaticity and sweat absorption.
