PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily fix shoe fixing fasteners for fixing a shoe at the desired position on a board by providing a base bed fixed on the surface of the board, an angle index bed provided with multiple radial hooked sections, an intermediate adjustment bed, and the shoe fixing fasteners. SOLUTION: Multiple first hooked sections 15 are formed on the surface of a base bed 13 fixed on the surface of a board at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the board, and an angle index bed 30 formed with the first coupling section 32 coupled with an optional first hooked section 15 on the back face is arranged on the base bed 13. Multiple radial second hooked sections 42 are formed at the prescribed angular intervals on the surface of the angle index bed 30, and an intermediate adjustment bed 46 formed with the second coupling section 42 coupled with an optional second hooked section 34 is rotatably arranged on the angle index bed 30. Shoe fixing fasteners 60, 68 for fixing a shoe to the board are provided on the surface side of the intermediate adjustment bed 46. The intermediate adjustment bed 46 can be fixed inclinatorily at the prescribed angle in the longitudinal direction of the shoe.
