PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear capable of adjusting tooth contact between a ring gear and a pinion gear without changing dimension of each part constituting the differential gear. SOLUTION: In a differential gear 1 comprising a pinion mechanism 2 formed with a pinion gear 2a rotatable in order to transmit drive power from an engine by a bearing 20 formed in a tip end of the pinion gear 2a, differential case 3 where a differential mechanism is arranged in the inside and a ring gear 3c is provided and a differential carrier 4 with which the pinion mechanism 2 relating to the differential case 3 is positioned so as to mesh the pinion gear 2a with the ring gear 3c, the bearing 20 formed in the tip end of the pinion gear 2a is formed so as to make an inner race 20a mountable/demountable relating to an outer race 20b.
