PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of operation and braking in simple structure by interposing a cam mechanism for lever return between a safety pedal and a main transmission lever and actuating a parking brake mechanism by second stepping operation to further step on the safety pedal operated with first stepping operation. SOLUTION: When first stepping operation of a safety pedal 4 is carried out on a working car of a combine, etc., a main transmission lever return cam 1 revolves forward, a cam working body is displaced and moved in a body forwarding state of a main transmission lever 5, and accordingly, the main transmission lever 5 revolves backward and returns to a neutral position. At this time, as a parking brake working pin 1b is positioned inside a slit 2a of a parking brake working cam 2, a parking brake does not work. However, when second stepping operation to step on the safety pedal 4 further is carried out, the main transmission lever return cam 1 revolves further forward, the parking brake working pin 1b draws the parking brake working cam 2 and the parking brake works.
