PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an error in an output current resulting from a current amplification factor of transistors(TRs) while increase in power consumption is suppressed. SOLUTION: A current a half of a base current of a TRQ15 to supply a base current required for input and output TRsQ11 , Q12 is fed by a TRQ13 of diode connection from a reference current source 3 (node N1 ) and a required level is extracted as a forward voltage drop of the TRQ13 . A current the same as the current flowing to the TR Q13 is fed to a TRQ14 via a TRQ15 by using the extracted level and a current mirror circuit 11 is utilized to supply a current a half of the base current of the TRQ14 to the reference current source (node N1 ) through mirroring so as to reduce a current flowing to the TRQ13 for level extract from the reference current source 3 thereby reducing aβerror.
