PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber compsn. controllable with respect to the vulcanization rate in accordance with the temp. range to which the rubber compsn. is exposed, by using a rubber and a granular material prepd. by coating the surface of a vulcanizer and/or a vulcanization acceralator with a specific metal. SOLUTION: The surface of a core material comprising a vulcanizer and/or a vulcanization accelerator is coated with 3-80wt.% metal of an m.p. of 200 deg.C or below as a film-forming material to obtain a granular material of a particle size of 100μm or less. 100 pts.wt. green rubber material is blended with 10-150 pts.wt. carbon black and the granulate material.
