PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap equipped with pilferproofness that is available for producing no wastes on opening of a container. SOLUTION: In this hinge cap, a fitting indent 140 having a fitting part is provided at one side on the periphery of a top plate having a spout of a cap main body 100, and an insert part 232 dangling downward round the circumferential wall and having a fitting part of a hooklike connecting piece 230 having a hinge and provided at the circumferential wall and at a top plate at one side of the periphery of a small lid 200 is inserted into the fitting indent, and the small lid is mounted on and fitted to the cap main body. A hooklike sealing piece 150 having a fitting part is connected through a thin part 160 to the upper end of the circumferential wall on a position opposite to the fitting indent of the cap main body, and a hooklike notch 240 having a part to be joined with the sealing piece of the cap main body 100 is provided at the periphery and the circumferential wall of the small lid on a position opposite to the connecting piece, then the small lid 200 is fixed to the cap main body 100 with the sealing piece of the cap main body 100 fitted to the notch of the small lid 200. |
