摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resistance of an electrode without lowering numerical aperture. SOLUTION: On at least one transparent glass substrate 11 among upper and lower substrates opposing to each other, plural transparent electrodes 14 formed to stripe shape and nonconductive light shielding films 12 formed between the transparent electrodes 14 adjacent to each other and preventing light leakage between the transparent electrodes 14 to each other are formed. The transparent electrodes 14 are respectively provided with level difference parts 14a at which respective side edge parts in a short side direction of the transparent electrodes 14 are superposed on respective side edge parts in a short side direction of the light shielding films 12. In the respective level difference parts 14a, metallic electrodes 13 having smaller resistance than that of the transparent electrodes 14 are respectively formed between the light shielding films 12 and the transparent electrodes 14 by laminating them. Further, the respective level difference parts 14a are formed so that each sum of width sizes in the short side directions of the parts adjacent to each other (=L1+L2) on respective light shielding films 12 is equal.
