<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately manufacture tone holes by providing a base with tone hole seats, in which plural tone hole seats are previously formed and which is to be fitted to a pipe at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: A base 1 with tone hole seats, in which plural tone hole seats 2 are previously formed, is fitted to a pipe 11. In this tone hole seat base 1, each tone hole seat 2 is formed by forming a plate member having circular cross section, which corresponds to the outer shape of the pipe 11, by a pulling piece. At this stage, the plate member is formed with a hole to be used for hooking at the time of positioning and pulling-up. The pulling piece is pulled up based on this hole, and a tone hole seat 2 is formed. A seat base 1 with tone holes, in which plural tone hole seats 2 are previously formed, is thereby manufactured, and the seat base 1 with tone holes is fitted to the pipe 11 at the predetermined position.</p> |
