<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refine a recovered insulating medium and refill a container in which an electric appliance is housed with the insulating medium. SOLUTION: A recovery circuit 66 is vacuum-evacuated by a vacuum pump 62 with a valve 21 being closed, insulating media 18 are led to the recovery circuit 66 with the valve 21 being opened, the insulating medium 19 in the insulating media 18 is condensed by a refrigerator 46, and decomposed gases in the insulating media 18 are removed in a wet processing tank 47. Then, water in the insulating media is condensed by a refrigerator 49, pressured by a compressor 50, and the resultant media are sent to adsorbents 52, 56, 59 to adsorb impurities in the insulating media 18 and remove the impurities. Moreover, the obtained insulating media 18 are liquefied in a refrigerator 60 and stored in a recovery tank 61. Next, the liquefied insulating media 18 are evaporated by an evaporator and a container 17 is refilled with the media.</p> |
