<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn back unnecessary material such as cut trees and pulled roots generated in dam construction work, river improvement work or the like to soil in a construction period. SOLUTION: In first stage work, cut trees, pulled roots and the like to be treated 10 are pulverized, and when they are piled up, a fermentation promoter 11 consisting of microorganisms, plant residues and/or livestock wastes are scattered at prescribed intervals, and after they are piled to prescribed height, rolling pressure is applied to them by a heavy-machinery vehicle, and further, water is sprayed on the piled cut trees, pulled roots and the like and the surface thereof is covered with a cover sheet. In the next stage work, after 30 days after the temperature of the center of the piled material exceeds 60 deg.C serving as a guide for a prescribed period elapsed, the piled material is stirred up, and then after 30 days serving as a guide for a prescribed period elapsed, the fermentation promoter 11 is thrown in by 10-15% of the volume of the piled material and the piled material is stirred up.</p> |
