PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect pipes. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 22 is installed inside a joint body 11. A holding piece 28 is formed on the inner cylinder 22. Tapered fastening surfaces 16, 30 are formed on the joint body 11 and the holding piece 28. A biting projection 31 is formed on the holding piece 28. When a pipe P is inserted and pulled slightly, the holding piece 28 is displaced in a diameter-reducing direction by the engagement of the fastening surfaces 16, 30. The biting projection 31 bites into an outer periphery of the pipe P which is then held and regulated in removal. Operability is improved compared to the case that a nut is screwed. |
