摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stuck disk which is small in wobbling of a surface and is uniform in a film thickness direction by specifying the angle formed by the max. thickness part of one substrate and the max. thickness part of another substrate to a prescribed range. SOLUTION: The first light transparent substrate 1 formed with the pits of a first information recording surface 1A on the surface is formed by a stamper having the pit surfaces of the patterns reversed in ruggedness from the pits of the recording surface 1A. A translucent reflection film 2 is formed on the recording surface 1 of the substrate 1. Similarly the second light transparent substrate 5 is produced. A total reflection film 4 is formed on the information recording surface 5A of the substrate 5. Next, a UV curing type adhesive 3 is dropped onto this total reflection film 4 (or reflection film 2) and in succession, the substrates 1, 5 are superposed on each other. At this time, marks are put on the parts exclusive of the signal surfaces of the two substrates 1, 5 and the substrates in superposed on each other after the lamination angle thereof is adjusted to >=135 to <=225 deg., more preferably 180 deg. angle. The adhesive 3 is spread to a uniform thickness and the excess adhesive 3 is shaken off and removed by high-speed rotation.
