PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a controllable time in decompression control and improve responsiveness in switch from a lowμroad to a highμroad. SOLUTION: When it is determined that vehicle body acceleration dVB is the predetermined value KdVB or more, a road faceμis estimated to be high (S342), so that a retention time KH for a pulse boosting mode is set to be a short time KH1 (S346). On the other hand, a low road surfaceμis estimated when the vehicle body acceleration VB is below the predetermined value KdVB, and it is determined whether the vehicle body speed VB is below the reference value KVB or not (S344). If the vehicle speed VB is higher than the reference value VB, a retention time KH is set to be a long time KH2 (S348), and if the vehicle body speed VB is lower than the reference value VB, the retention time KH is set to be the short time KH1 (S346).
