PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated heat exchanger with fewer components and less fluid path pressure loss. SOLUTION: By comprising a laminated heat exchanger with laminating sets of two plates that are a primary side fluid path separating plate 1 that is provided with a fluid path groove 1a, on a side of which plate primary fluid flows and header holes 1b that penetrate the plate, and a secondary fluid separating plate 2 that is provided with a fluid path groove 2a, on a side of which plate secondary fluid flows and header holes 2b that penetrate the plate, and with arranging end plates 3 that are provided with the inlet and outlet holes 3a of the fluid at both sides, the number of the components is reduced. The irregularity of 3μm to 15μm is formed on the surface of the primary fluid path separating plate 1 and the second fluid path separating plate 2, the enough adhesive strength is obtained with less quantity of adhesive, the reduction or the blocking of the fluid path by the intrusion of excessive adhesive into the fluid path is prevented and the pressure loss in the fluid path is decreased.
