PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonwoven fabric, bulky, excellent in hand feelings and having sufficient tensile strength by laminating spun bonded webs of conjugate fibers made by changing a blending ratio of a lower melting component with a higher melting component, then treating the laminated webs to heat fuse in a heated gas. SOLUTION: This laminated nonwoven fabric of conjugate long fibers is obtained by spinning from a spinneret 1 a side-by-side type or a core-sheath type conjugate fiber 2 comprising 2 types of polymers which are a high density polyethylene having 0.94-0.97g/cm<3> density and a polypropylene and have different melting points respectively, drawing and drafting through a high speed air flow drawing device 3, charge opening the fiber by a charging device 4, forming a web layer 6 by accumulating the fiber on a collecting conveyor, laminating a web layer 7 on the web layer 6, then introducing the laminated webs into a rotary dryer with hot-air circulation 8 to melt the lower melting point component and forming the objective nonwoven fabric. The web layer 6 is constituted of 40-70wt.% of the lower melting point component and 60-30wt.% of the higher melting point component and the web layer 7 is constituted of 10-25wt.% of the lower melting point component and 90-75wt.% of the higher melting point component with varying blending rations. |
