PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a traffic accident by transmitting a signal in a frequency band receivable by a supervising detector mounted to a traveling vehicle from a main body mounted to the body of a pedestrian in the state of being freely attachable and detachable so as to call a speedmania attention to driving. SOLUTION: The device main body 5 is formed in the state of an arm band so as to mount to the arm of the pedestrian 2. A transmitter 8 fixed to the proper part of the outer peripheral wall 5a of this device main body 5 emits the signal in a frequency band receivable by the receiver of the supervising detector 4. When a radio wave 22 is transmitted from the antenna 17 of a transmitter 8, the receiver of the supervising detector 4 of the traveling vehicle 3 entering the effective area of the wave length 22 receives the radio wave 22, and the alarm of the detector 4 alarms or an attention lamp is lighted or flickers. Consequently at the time of traveling at a too high speed, the driver is called driving attention to attain traffic security. |
