PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller in which such a disadvantage is improved that when a N-methoxymethylated nylon having excellent electrification property and wear resistance is used as a surface layer of a developing roller, the surface layer can not follow up the deformation of a conductive rubber layer and that the roller has no durability as a developing roller. SOLUTION: This developing roller has a conductive rubber layer 3 as an inner layer inside of a surface layer 4. The conductive rubber layer 3 essentially consists of a compsn. which has oxyalkylene groups as the repeating unit which constitutes the main chain and is hardened by hydrosililation reaction. If necessary, it is effective to form a coupling agent layer, especially an amino silane coupling agent as an intermediate layer between the conductive rubber layer 3 and the surface layer 4. |
