An outline rectangular tetragon surrounding an electronic part is formed basing on the straight line and the position of the end of a lead located at a diagonal position of the straight line (S5), it is judged whether the angle of inclination of an electronic part with the surface of a board is within in a prescribed range comparing the lengths of the sides of the tetragon with a prescribed range (S6). The center of the outline rectangular tetragon is defined as the center of an electronic part, and the amounts of deviation ΔX and ΔY are calculate (S7), and the amount of angular deviation Δθ and the amount of deviations ΔX and ΔY are corrected.
