PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately mount an electronic part on a board at a mounting position. SOLUTION: A distance between two points which indicate the maximum and minimum value on the coordinates of the picture image data of a target electronic part such as an air-core coil is obtained in both the directions of X and Y axis respectively, and a longer one out of the obtained two-point distances is obtained as a maximum two-point distance, it is judged that the maximum two-point distance is within a previously given specific range comparing the maximum two-point distance with the specific range (S3), the direction of a straight line obtained by pursuing picture image data making the position of an end serve as a starting point is defined as the direction of an electronic part, and an angle Δθ by which the direction of an electronic part deviates from a prescribed direction is calculated (S4). An outline rectangular tetragon surrounding an electronic part is formed basing on the straight line and the position of the end of a lead located at a diagonal position of the straight line (S5), it is judged whether the angle of inclination of an electronic part with the surface of a board is within in a prescribed range comparing the lengths of the sides of the tetragon with a prescribed range (S6). The center of the outline rectangular tetragon is defined as the center of an electronic part, and the amounts of deviation ΔX and ΔY are calculate (S7), and the amount of angular deviation Δθ and the amount of deviations ΔX and ΔY are corrected. |
