PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent securely the generation of residue of liquid in the vicinity of the tip of a nozzle by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A primary valve 32 is formed into the rod shape having a rod 32a extended into a piston 16, while a secondary valve 34 is disposed and retained around the primary valve 32 on the piston 16 in a manner of communicating with the primary valve 32 under the friction force. A stopper 42 is provided on the piston 16 above the secondary valve 34 in a manner of kicking the secondary valve 34, releasing the communication with the primary valve 32 and lowering the secondary valve 34 together with the piston 16. When a nozzle head 12 is lifted, the secondary valve 34 is closed only after the piston 16 is lifted, and the opening of the primary valve 32 before the closing of the secondary valve 34 is disturbed to carry out the back suction of residual liquid in the nozzle 12a and the piston 16 into a cylinder 14. |
