PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a main motor from burning and reduce the size, by comparing an output signal of an integrator and a preliminarily set temperature value and then generating an alarm signal. SOLUTION: Data about the increase in temperature due to current for torque Ii and the data about radiation from a function generator 27 are inputted into an integrator 26. The integrator 26 then outputs a signal equivalent to the increase in temperature of induction motor 4. A comparator 28 compares the output from the integrator 26 with a set value c and outputs an alarm signal 29. The alarm signal is inputted into a torque computating device 6, which increases the torque current command output or cuts a regenerative brake or outputs the alarm signal to a control theoretical device to stop the operation or outputs an alarm to an operator. Since the temperature of the induction motor 4 of an electric vehicle can be monitored, the induction motor 4 does not get the burning or other troubles. And, accidents can be prevented, too. |
