PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixture effective for treating local excessive skinfold thickness, usable as a cosmetic or a medicine composition, containing a specific component. SOLUTION: This mixture comprises the following extracted solutions A to B, namely, (A) 8-25wt.% of an extracted solution containing xanthine capable of providing a fat reducing action obtained from tea leaves, etc., (B) 8-25wt.% of an extracted solution containing a vitamin P analog capable of providing capillary enhancing action obtained from a fruit such as grape fruit, (C) 5-12wt.% of an extracted solution containing a flavonoid capable of providing an anti-dropsy action obtained from a flower of western Filipendula purpurea Maxim., (D) 5-12wt.% of an extracted solution obtained from a leaf of Equisetum hiemale, (E) 5-12wt.% of an extracted solution containing an alginate obtained from fucus, etc., (F) 5-12wt.% of an extracted solution of capable of providing a tensor action obtained from Hedera helix L. (G) 5-12wt.% of an extracted solution capable of providing an inducing action obtained from clematis and/or 8-20wt.% of an extracted solution capable of providing anti-inflammatory effect obtained from KANZOU(root of Glycyrrhiza glabra). |
