<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimmer capacitor of small capacitance and also small Cmin/Cmax. SOLUTION: This trimmer capacitor is provided with a stator having a stator electrode 2, a rotor having a rotor electrode 8 and a dielectric arranged between said stator electrode 2 and rotor electrode 8. In this case, the shapes of the rotor electrode 8 and the stator electrode 2 are specified so that the rotor electrode 8 and the stator electrode 2 may select the state either overlapped the non-overlapped furthermore, on the position setting up the capacitance at the minimum level, both of the rotor electrode 8 and the stator electrode 2 are in the non-overlapped state while the minimum distance between both electrodes exceeds 400μm.</p> |
