<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current sensor whose production costs are reduced and whose mounting operation is performed easily by a method, wherein a magnetic core is divided into a first housing and a second housing and a magnetic flux density is measured and processed by a magnetic sensor and a signal processing circuit which are installed inside of one of them. SOLUTION: A first housing 3 comprises a recessed part which is larger than the outside shape of a current wire 2 to be measured, and a high-permeability member which is used as a part of a magnetic core is arranged at the inside. A second housing 4 is constituted in the same manner as the housing 3, the inside of a magnetic core piece 12 is provided with a magnetic sensor (a Hall element) 14, and a housing enclosure 15 is provided with a signal processing circuit (a circuit part) 22. In a measurement, the housings 3, 4 are connected by connectors 10, 20 and the like so as to sandwich the current wire 2, and a ring-shaped magnetic core is constituted. Then, the element 14 detects a magnetic flux density, the circuit 22 processes the generation or the like of a compensation current, and a measured current value is judged. In this manner, when the magnetic core is divided, the production costs for the parts of the magnetic core are reduced, and a mounting operation with reference to the current wire 2 can be performed easily.</p> |
