PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of an electric connector from a main base board and its falling by fixing a contact terminal to an insulating housing with a first fixing part and a second fixing part. SOLUTION: A contact terminal 400 has a first fixing part 446 and a second fixing part 449 which is formed in a crank bending part 447. The first fixing part 446 is forced to put into a terminal housing groove 226 in the rear wall of the insulating housing 221 for fixing, and the second fixing part 449 is forced to put into a housing groove 226 in the front wall of the housing 221 for fixing. Even if excessive rotating force is applied to the insulating housing 221 in the rotating operation toward the rear side to fit a sub base board, the separation of an electric connector from the main base board and its falling to the rear are prevented. Since the second fixing part 449 is formed in the long crank bending part 447 of the contact terminal 400, fixing parts are formed at both ends to the reference point of an angular moment.
