METHOD FOR IMPROVING BULK DENSITY OF CARBON BLACK AND APPARATUS THEREOF

Carbon black and exhaust gas generated from a reaction furnace are introduced to a main collector(9) through a feeding pipe(10). The collected carbon black in the main collector(9) is introduced to a cyclone(1) with an air through an inlet(7) by a fan(12) opening a rotary valve(11). The introduced carbon black forms an aggregate by a collision of the carbon black powder and an electrostatic charge generated from a friction of a echelon form rotating rotor(2) and cyclone(1) to increase apparent densities of the carbon black.
