PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat the inside of a room, by a method wherein a flat exothermic body is mounted on almost an entire surface of one face of a plaster board which is opposite to the other face of the plaster board which faces the inside of the room and a heat insulating material is mounted on one face of the exothermic body which is opposite to the other face of the exothermic body on which the plaster board abuts. SOLUTION: A plaster board 2 has one face 20 thereof directed to an inside 10 of a room. A flat exothermic body 3 is mounted on the other face 21 of the plaster board 2 which is opposite to one face 20 of the plaster board 2. A heat insulating material 4 is mounted on a face 23 of the flat exothermic body 3 which is opposite to a face 22 on which the plaster board 2 abuts. The exothermic body 3 is tightly brought into contact with the plaster board 2 and an exothermic temperature generated by the exothermic body 3 is controlled at a given temperature. Due to such a construction, the exothermic body 3 generates a heat uniformly from the entire surface of a ceiling portion or a wall portion thus enabling a rapid elevation of a room temperature which assures an efficient heating of the room. |
