When date and time of reservation is input in a transmitting side step 320, retrieval of reservation state data corresponding to that date and time of reservation is performed in a receiving side step 322, and the retrieval results are transmitted in a step 324. Since the retrieval results are displayed on the receiving side, if a room is vacant when this display is looked, these data are input in the receiving side step 332 when a room number and use time zone are input in a step 330. If a reserved music item is present, when the music item number is input in a step 350, the receiving side inputs that music number data. |
