PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a confirmation of the setting mode during the copying operation when a user returns after the user leaves an image forming device by forming a display means so that the display means does not display the password code input image in the case where a user leaves an image forming device during the copying operation with the password mode. SOLUTION: Individual password code initial setting mode can be set and changed for every password user, which is recognized by a recognizing means. In this case, a human body detecting sensor 54. which is connected to an I/O port 52 inside of a main control unit, emits the LED light, and existence of human being is detected on the basis of the emitted LED light. Namely, when the deflected LED light, which is deflected by a human body, is reflected, existence of human being is detected, and a sensor is turned on. Furthermore, a main control unit polling monitors ON/OFF of the sensor. When a human being detecting sensor 54 detects that a user leaves a device during the copying operation or during the interruption of the copying operation, password code is not displayed in a screen of a display means. |
