PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pad material from being torn off and scattered when an air bag main body is inflated forward and linearly inflate the air bag main body without any loss easily, quickly, and precisely. SOLUTION: When an air bag main body 15 is inflated, a sewed part 10 in a coating member 9 is broken and the air bag main body 15 is expanded via a slit 7b formed in a side part 7a of a pad material 7. A sheet type reinforcing material is arranged in the position extending toward a side frame 5a through an opposed face to the inflation side of the air bag main body 15 from the outside of the side part 7a in the pad material 7.
