PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interruption of a speech due to hand-over by providing two sets of transmitters and receivers and allowing each set of the transmitters and the receivers to make communication with different communication objects in the process of hand-over thereby reducing the required time of hand-over. SOLUTION: A telephone terminal 100 uses a transmitter and a receiver to detect the electric field strength and the speech quality of a radio connection device 105 during speech before movement and when the electric field strength and the speech quality are lower than the threshold values, the telephone terminal 100 starts hand-over according to a prescribed hand-over control sequence. The communication for hand-over control is made up of a communication A conducted between a transmitter-receiver of the telephone terminal 100 and a transmitter-receiver of a radio connection device 114 being a mobile destination and a communication B conducted between a transmitter-receiver of the telephone terminal 100 and a transmitter-receiver of a radio connection device 105 being a mobile source, and both the communications A, B are executed in parallel. Thus, the control sequence in the hand-over is simplified, the hand- over is finishes in a short time so as to prevent interruption of speech in advance. |
