PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition composed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, a thermoplastic graft copolymer, a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and a specific resin and having excellent sliding property and antistaticity while keeping the mechanical characteristics and heat-resistance of the base resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of (A) 30-86wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 10-50wt.% of a thermoplastic graft copolymer produced by grafting a vinyl cyanide compound and an aromatic vinyl compound to a diene rubber component, (C) 3-20wt.% of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin (preferably fine powder of the resin having an average particle diameter of 0.1-100μm) and (D) 1-20wt.% of a polyether ester amide having a relative viscosity of 1.1-4 (0.5% m-cresol solution, 25 deg.C) and derived from (i) a polyamide having carboxyl groups on both terminals and a number-average molecular weight of 500-5,000 (preferably a ring-opened polymer of caprolactam) and (ii) an ethylene oxide adduct of a bisphenol having a number-average molecular weight of 1,600-3,000.
