PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily form a knob without damaging the operation capability of a locking piece by actually making the part actually, vertically extending upward of the locking piece flush with its free end on the outside in the lengthy direction of a base board. The thickness in the length direction of the locking piece 125 is made gradually thin to the free end of the upper end part so that the surface stress in each part of the locking piece 125 is made uniform in elastic deviation.
