The powder carbon black which burns incompletely in the high temperature combustion environments is collected in the main collector and transported to the granulating process. The transported carbon black flows in the cyclone(3) as the primary granulator, and by the force of rotation of the rotor(4) it is primarily separated into the transporting air and the powder state carbon black. At this time, as the powder carbon black makes the friction with the inner wall of the cyclone, the powder carbon black progresses a inter-granule collision to grow into a cohesive lumps. The primary granulated carbon black produced here puts into a slightly slant rotary granulator(9) by the screw conveyer(8), thus in the dry rotary granulator(9) the primary granulated adhesive lumps of carbon black is produced to the secondary granulation.
