The mixture of low density polyethylene resin 2,000g, tricalcium phosphate 10g and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 10g and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 1.03g is reacted with dicumylperoxide 8g at 100-140 deg.C to give a polyethylene bead which is stirred with a styrene monomer 120g , mixed with tricalcium phosphate 1,6g, sodiumdodecylbenzenesufonate 0.6g, benzoylperoxide 0.8g, t-butylbenoate 0.06g, divinylbenzene 0.08, cooled, dyhydrated, dried and foamed to give a polystyrere foam having a cell size of 120-150 microns.
