Internal voltage generation circuit has a good driving power, and maintains a stabilized voltage. The internal voltage generationg circuit includes: a reference voltage generator for applying a reference voltage to an amplifier; an internal voltage generator for having the same structure as that of the reference voltage generator, having a minute-difference voltage as compared with the reference voltage, and having a stabilized output voltage(Out) in a standby state; an amplifier for amplifying a voltage difference between a voltage of the output terminal(OUT) and a reference voltage of the reference voltage generator, and driving MOS transistor(M22); MOS transistor(M22) for providing a large current to an output terminal(OUT), and compensating a voltage drop of the output terminal(OUT); and a bias part for loading a bias to the amplifier.
