The torch driving means which detects the pilot electronic current generated from a converter means, an inverter means and the means for generating pilot electric current drive a torch head by the high pressure, high frequency wave. The mode-selecting means selects an inspection mode or a operation mode. The switching control means generates the switching control signal if the operating electronic current of the mode-selecting means and the plasma electronic current is detected. depending upon the selected mode by the mode-selecting means, the operation-current generating means generates the current of the selected mode. The relay driving means which intercept the pilot electric current or the plasma electric current by the selected mode.
