A printed circuit plate(34) is set up to cause impulse wave according to the vibrational size of vocal cords of dog in the upper side of the battery(30). The transformer(32) and the printed circuit plate(34) have the device for causing shock wave in the vibration detection device according to the vibration of vocal cords of dog. Accordingly, it helps to prevent barking.
