A scorched rice is produced to have sweet taste with consistent thickness by pressing rice with upper and lower heating plates for proper amount of time. The scorched rice producing system is consisted of the upper heating plate(1) and the lower heating plate(2) which opposes to the upper one and the upper heating plate(1) is connected by the hinge(3) to open and close with some fixed distance. Form the convex surfaced compression part(11) and the housing part(22) each at the inner surface of the upper heating plate(1). By heating up the electrical heating wire(4,5) inserted to the upper and lower heating plate(1,2), the scorched rice is produced in between the upper heating plate(1) and the lower heating plate(2).
