SUBSTANCE: device makes it possible to get flows of liquid with controlled concentration of gases, vapors and solution under continuous and uniform mixing in process of atomizing of liquids. This is provided owing to use of liquid jet pump and two valves regulating value of working liquid flow and flow of dissolved substances sucked into working liquid stream. Device can find wide application in agriculture for top dressing of plants and trees with mineral fertilizers and treatment with toxic chemicals. EFFECT: improved efficiency.
