Automatic dispensing of liquids and particularly drinks

The automatic machine for the dispensing of drinks is based around the use of a peristaltic pump in which liquid is displaced through flexible tubing by the tubing being progressively squeezed. The squeezing action is produced by a rotor element that is rotated by an electric motor. The output from the tube is fed to a dispensing funnel 24 through tangential inlet 11 that rotates the fluid before passing to the delivery tube 22.
