The elements consist of a heat insulation layer enclosed by multi-layer concrete sections comprising of a concrete outer- and inner layer (1,3). These are connected together at their bases by a lateral concrete layer (4). The top end of the inner layer is reset in its height in comparison to the outer layer by the height of the slab (6), forming its support. The top edge of the slab terminates to connect with the top edge of the outer layer, while the top end of the outer layer alone forms the support for the cellar level outer wall element (7). The heat insulation layer is located free of heat bridges up to the top edge of the outer layer. Anchoring elements (8) are located at a spacing of 1 m from one another and have a unified cross sectional area of less than 400 mm<2>.
