The exchanger has several deep-drawn plates (10) stacked in pairs with their drawn-out sections facing each other. The plates are connected at their edges (14) to define a chamber for one of the exchange media. This chamber is accessed through openings (20,22) in the plate connected to each other. The space between the plates defines a conduit (28) for the second medium, where stand corrugations (30). Each plate has a foot with an edge (32) curved round from the side opposite the deep drawn-out side. This edge meshes with the edge of an neighbouring plate, and forms an outlet conduit (38).
